who we are?

In 1995, the Foundation was incorporated as a 501 (c) (3) entity, and awarded its first two scholarships the following year. This year, at the end of our 14th year, the Foundation has grown to the point where it is awarding 10 scholarships in eight different categories for a total of 80 scholarships worth over $46,000.

The Foundation accepts funds for both unrestricted and designated scholarships. Funds are placed in secure investments and only the earnings are used to fund the scholarships. Donors may be involved in establishing criteria for designated scholarships and the Foundation will assist in the selection process.

Annual Fundraising and Awards Dinner at Knott's

Please join us on Saturday, May 15th at 6:30 PM, for our annual Fundraising and Awards Dinner. Meet this year's scholarship winners, enjoy our guest speaker who will be announced in the near future, and bid on some of our wonderful silent auction items. Tickets are $40 each or $275 for a table of 8 and reservations are recommended. This is a wonderful fun filled evening where we celebrate our current and past winners while enjoying the ambience of the evening.
